Bosa Properties’ Masterplanned Community

Bosa Properties’ masterplanned community is located at 1500 Highway 99 behind the Shell gas station and Mag’s 99.  The 53 acre property consists of 7 phases.  Phase 1 consisting of 83 townhomes was released mid-May.

Just released on the District of Squamish’s development showcase are preliminary design details for Bosa’s Phase 2 development permit. Phase 2 is slated to be released early 2019 in conjunction with an official community launch. The presentation centre and showhomes are under construction, now.

Phase 1 is 85% sold with a select number of townhomes available for sale.  Several building permits have been released in Phase 1 with construction underway, also.
